War of Wind & Fire

In the future, a new regime has been established on a human alien planet. However, a rebel force of robots has risen up and taken over an important mining town under human control. In order to eliminate the leader of the enemy, the commander of the Intelligence Center, Blast Wind, sent his younger brother, Starfire, on a mission to the mining town.
